"Wonderful staff at reception Frank, Thombre driver, Ramlal etc. all of them. Was visiting for an eye procedure at the Insight Eye Clinic and this was extremely convinient. Outdoors is indias famous organized chaos due to its central location outside Dadar station. Inside is tranquil. Lots of food options in the three restaurants at the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Will stay here again if need arises. "

"We had a really great stay at Taj Mahal Tower. The moment we arrived, the entrance felt grand and welcoming, and it set the tone for the rest of the visit. My parents absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. There were so many options and everything tasted fresh. It was honestly one of their favorite parts of the stay. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was so warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. The hospitality felt very personal and thoughtful, which made the experience even more special.
