Good Property

Very nice and clean properly and well maintained

Best place to stay in Mumbai

Excellent hotel but not impressed that they charge for wifi and have a complex registration procedure requiring you to set a password just to access wifi !

Top class service at a world class hotel, there is nothing to dislike about this fabulous hotel. Thank you to all the staff at the Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai for making this trip so memorable.

Taj Wellington Mews Luxury Residences is a great choice for travellers looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay with the space and privacy of a residence. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making them especially convenient for longer stays or family trips. The service is warm and attentive, and the overall experience has the premium feel you would expect from Taj. The property also offers a peaceful atmosphere while still being well suited for exploring...

Excellent hotel. Room clean & comfortable. Staff helpful & friendly. Fabulous breakfast. Nice bar for cocktails and bar snacks. Hotel in good position for sight seeing and walking along Marine Drive. Would throughly recommend.

Amazing hotel

Initial checkin was rough, but other things were good

Very nice property.

LOVED Everything - Location (central & sea views), Staff, Service, Rooms (Spacious, Clean & didn’t have the humid/mouldy smell like other hotels in the city), Food (Restaurant & In Room Dining staff go out of their way to ensure your food experience is great!). Rooftop bar & lounge is a great option. Spa staff & Therapists were great & professional too - treatment was amazing. Will definitely be recommending & back if i can!🙏

brilliant staff.. Brilliant location... Clean hotel... And pretty good breakfast... Loved my stay there.. The hotel was close to jbims and they allowed me an early check-in since i reached earlier... I would strongly recommend this hotel...

Fantastic hotel, the staff tries to do everything to make the guest feel comfortable. Could provide transportation to and from the airport, without being an additional cost.

Liked: Cleanness, Staff friendliness, breakfast presentation Didn't like: Wi-Fi was down for almost all day, cookies that should have been in my room every day showed a day before my checkout. Smell within the corridor at my floor.

Overall experience is good

Thoroughly enjoyed and felt at home. All staff really friendly and went out if their way to help Would recommend to others. Will definitely go back

Great hotel and well trained staff.

We stayed for three days in January. The hotel staff were all excellent and helpful, especially Nayim. We felt safe and easily walkable to all the main attractions in Colaba . Wonderfully quiet away from Mumbai's hustle and bustle but shops, and restaurants nearby.

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The location is excellent and convenient for local sightseeing and shopping. The check in/out process was smooth and efficient. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. It was my wife's birthday and the team helped to make our stay in Mumbai memorable. They upgraded our room, decorared it and even provided a cake! To top it off they through in breakfast for our whole stay without charge! The room was cleaned and towels changed regularly. The air...

The property is over 100 years old and yet it is maintained really well. Location is close to very busy area which is good. Staff are very helpful. Room was bigger than I expected. Breakfast is ok. Something in case of emergency.
