From the person who checked us in, helped us get upgraded to a room with a nicer view as no other king room was available, to Akaash at the bell desk person, who came running to get my luggage as I left the hotel and stood with me till my uber came., to all the restaurants where we dined late in the night due to our usa work schedule, all with a smile, taking great care of us, to the pool staff, gym staff and everyone I interacted with them. Trident even helped replace the chair in my room with an office chair to help me work. I give you a 10/10 and will 100% return. "
