True 5 star quality of facilities, accommodation and staff. This was our first stay in Bangkok and we cancelled another hotel and returned for a night from Phuket before flying home. Great location, perfect for the Skytrain and Metro.

What a gem this place is, had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed it so much we’ve booked it again on our way back through Bangkok. The Tuk Tuk service makes getting to the stations very convenient for the MRT and BTS. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the pool is amazing and perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. I often choose this hotel when visiting Bangkok. It’s close to everything but a bit quieter than other parts of Sukhumvit and the quality of the rooms is excellent. The western options at the breakfast buffet could be better but the facilities are great and the golf simulator is an added bonus if you play.

Really love this hotel. It is Japanese run and Japanese standard in Thailand. And it is super clean and organized and very comfortable to stay. Right next to metro station with direct access to metro. Super easy to navigate. Also they have amazing parking space downstairs with taxi pickup. Very very easy..The hotel also equipped with 24/7 vending machine and ATMs. They clean the room every day. High floor with nice gym and pool and easy access. Everyone is super polite and friendly

Rooftop pool & bar was the highlight especially as it is open until 10pm! The room was as described with great views of Bangkok. Food in the restaurant was delicious, staff were friendly and the lifts were fast and efficient. Only 2 min walk to the BTS made it very convenient to get to the Phrom Phong area
