I’d like to apologise to the hotel for my wrong review earlier. I posted my review for a different hotel. Hopefully hotel.com will help us delete that review.
Alt Nana have ample space for everything. There staff are absolutely helpful and there free shuttle is a bonus.
Some parts of the amenities just need updating and could do with newer towels.
Overall stay was very good and thank you.

Like a rollercoaster…few aspects great and major aspects bad. Ill start with the bad then end on a good note. This is room 703.
Bad…
1. Be prepared to share the safe key with other guests.
2. If you open your window, be prepared to be on show with passers by as the window opens to the hall.
3. You can hear noise from other rooms especially upstairs and karaoke from outside.
4. Shower head nearly caused me an head injury as it totally jumped off from its pipe.
5. Staff can raise their voice out of frustration as they can’t explain themselves when challenged about the defects. Could be language barrier.
Good….
1. Staff tried their best to be very apologetic and very prompt to answer requests.
2. Location is excellent as it’s close to the main market.
3. Price is also very good considering that it’s in District 1.
4. The room is reasonably sized and clean but no coffees or teas…just water.
Bonus… this is nothing to do with the hotel but the massage spa just below apparently offers happy ending. I don’t know if it’s a good or bad. My husband was offered one…hahaha
Excellent staff. Makes me feel welcome. Except for new maid who needs to do a better job cleaning. The kettle was horrible and a few other items could use a scrub. During past stays the room was very clean and the maid competent and pleasant. I will of course gladly return
