"It was an amazing vacation because of our stay at Loews. Our room was elegant, clean and very comfortable. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pool provided a fun atmosphere with great service. We will definitely come back "

"Property is dated and in need of an update. The furniture in the room was scuffed and scratched; door safety lock was loose and there were no instructions on how to use the TV. It was fine for a short stay on an overnight between flights out of Miami. Shuttle service was good and the cafeteria had surprisingly good food. "

The room was very big and had plenty of windows but non of the windows had a view. I liked having the restaurants right on the property. We ate at both of them and the food was very good. I liked the vibe of the area and it was just a short walk to the beach, The staff were very friendly and helpful."
