"The breakfast was great, made to order eggs and omelettes and all the other breakfast staples. Welcome reception with snacks and free drinks was great as well. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and all rooms open onto the lobby with a large skylight above. It can be a little loud at night with people hanging out, but by 10:30 it was all quiet. Had a great sleep, the bed was very comfy and the room was very clean. We arrived early from our cruise at 10:30 am and we were given a key to use the pool area and gym and they locked up our luggage until our room was ready. Will definitely stay here again before or after our next cruise. "

"This hotel is incredible! The property itself is beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous and clean. The restaurants on the grounds are amazing, and reasonably priced for in-house dining. The food for room service is also delicious! My wife and I ate at Collin’s for dinner and Preston’s for breakfast twice and each time was better than the last. The check-in and checkout process was so easy and the staff was there for anything you needed. The valet process was extremely easy, and the staff for valet were excellent. The only complaint and reason I am not giving 5 stars is that it was VERY loud at night. I could hear every car drive by all throughout the night. I normally wouldn’t say anything because I understand the Miami nightlife is loud, but I believe the sound could have been muffled if the windows were better in the rooms. "

It’s the kind of place where you can unwind during the day and still feel like you’re part of something upscale and social. What really sets this hotel apart is the vibe. It’s luxury without being flashy. Everything feels curated, modern, and intentional. If you’re looking for a place that feels high-end but still comfortable and grounded, this is it. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Miami, and this one stands out. I’d come back without hesitation."
