"The property was situated in the city's heart. I didn't feel protected, and it wasn't as enticing as I had thought from the photographs. For a female traveller, it fell short of my expectations. However, it's a decent, reasonably priced hotel. "

"The property is new, and the facilities are well maintained. The property is a bit inside of the main road, so spotting it might be a hassle. The rooms are actually very small in size, and that is an issue(for some, maybe). Also the hotel doesn't allow food from outside(to promote their costly in-room dining facilities), which is a hassle. Overall, the stay is awesome if we don't take into account the small rooms and no outside food policy. Have stayed for only one day, so can't really comment...

"Considering this hotel is quite new- I figured the staff would be on their toes regarding the service to all customers. I booked an executive room with a king-size bed, but upon reaching my room, I was exposed to two twin-size beds suitable for children. Once I went down to address this issue with the reception manager- we were told that the hotel has overbooked and we would have to stay in that room until the next day.
