Friendly staff and great location

We had an amazing stay, the staff were all very helpful, the breakfast was first class, the chefs were so nice e and kind, really a very welcoming atmosphere. We made use of the swimming pool and the gym..all around would not hesitate come back k again.

This hotel was great in every aspect. Not far from the metro and opposite a shopping mall. Hotel in general was very comfy, clean and had very attentive and friendly staff in reception, restaurants and bar area. I’ve stayed here twice now with and without children and been very happy both times.

Staff are amazing and everything is walking distance

We stayed for a week as a special birthday treat, and we couldn’t have hoped for better treatment. From the front desk reception to the housekeepers to the restaurant team, everyone was friendly, welcoming and apparently committed to customer service. Our room was on a corner on the eleventh floor, so we had a great view and a lovely balcony. It was a pleasure to return to the room at the end of each day. It’s expensive, particularly as prices are charged in Euros, but worth it.

Amiral Palace Hotel is a must for anybody visiting Istanbul. The property is located in the old town of Istanbul and is walking distance from the major sites of Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. Great location, excellent service and brilliant restaurants. We stayed for four nights and had dinners in all the restaurants. Food quality (from Turkish to Japanese) is top notch. Hotel staff are always attentive and caring. In a nutshell, it is one of the best hotels we stayed in.

Was amazing. 4 food courts, 4 gyms, excellent view of the sea from the rooms & restaurants, Great boat rides, great time, great staff, brilliant fun with thanks giving entertainment, thanks giving buffet, Santa clause, The grand Bazar was brilliant with very cheap prices for top brands.

Incredibly convenient for entertainment and travel (besiktas ferry terminal on the doorstep of the hotel) across the Bosphorus to all areas of interest in Istanbul . Very central for a variety of dining options,Simply marvellous.

Really loved our stay at this very classy hotel. It provided the perfect combination of relaxation and sight-seeing - so gald we splashed out and chose to stay here. Although a little distance from the main tourist sights it is more than made up for by the waterside location and lovely heated pool which were were able to use in November. Every member of staff I met from reception to spa was very polite and helpful, Immaculately clean by pool and steam etc. Helpful concierge, very safe.
