During our stay staff was amazing and friendly. They were able to accommodate any requests we made. We had an item missing and the managemt was able to find it and deliver it to us after a week we checked out. The staff was honest Mr.Fatih was very helpful. Great breaksfast as well.

Reasonable price, clean room, great location

It was a good 3-star hotel. Although some common areas have been renovated, the rooms have an old-fashioned design (we stayed on the 3rd floor). The rooms were clean but small, and there was not enough space to open two suitcases at the same time. The only negative part was the showers that made the whole bathroom wet. They probably had a cheap contractor for that! The staff were very polite, the internet speed was good, and it was quiet in a peaceful neighborhood. The location was very convenient. It was right beside the metro station, with access to the red and blue lines. We got to Kadikoy in less than 15 minutes with it. You also can get to Sabiha airport by metro, but it took us an hour to get to Istanbul airport. You can walk 10 minutes to Migros grocery store, 5 minutes to a dry cleaner, or 15 minutes to the City shopping center.

This is absolutely not a 5* hotel. The furniture has aged with even cabinet paints peeling. Large stains on the carpet in hallways. Dirty and old elevators. My room had a very bad sewer smell coming out of the grid in the bath room. I sealed it using a plastic bag. The next day the hotel management said it's the case in every room when the southerly winds blow (which is not uncommon in Turkey). My room did not a have safe and I asked the management to get one installed. Staff was very helpful but they can't save the overall hotel experience. The gym was surprisingly nice as I believe it was a third party managing it and they accept customers from outside which explains. As I observed, the rate is fluctuating wildly for some reason. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless a very good deal is offered for the rate which was the case for me.

Die Unterkunft und das Hotel war Super, Die Speiseauswahl für das Frühstück war auch Super. Der Zimmer war sehr sauber aber die einrichtung war aber bisschen verältet. Der Ausblick war der Hammer, wir waren im 15ten Stock und der Pool war auch Cool. Die zwei Nächte in eurem Hotel hat sich mehr als gelohnt.

Jeg hadde et fint opphold og komfortabelt. Men hotellet trenger litt oppfriskning. Sofaene i lobbyen synker når man setter seg. Det frister ikke å sitte i lobbyen. Restauranten i hotellets første etasje har lite fristende mat. Men det er mange fine restauranter i umiddelbart nærheten.
