"The room felt very outdated, and the sofa had stains all over the seats, which was disappointing. The AC worked fine, but the buttons were broken, so I had to guess which ones controlled the settings. I reserved the room for six people, but the restroom only had two large towels. I understand that I could request more, but that’s not something I want to deal with right after getting into the room. Overall, the room needs better maintenance and preparation for the number of guests booked."

"Great place to stay with a beautiful plaza nearby. The pictures are a little deceptive, it wasn’t right on the water like it seemed, but it was just a couple minutes walk away. The breakfast was amazing too! "

That’s not something any guest should walk into. This was one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve stayed in,Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here unless cleanliness improves."
