"I have to make frequent trips to my in-laws. There are a numerous # of places to stay close to my in-laws. This is the only place I will stay in this area that is the closest to my in-laws. I have stayed at one other nearby hotel. Never again. I only feel safe and comfortable at The Hampton Inn Mesquite."

"The room were not locked all the way Had to pay cash for a deposit after already paid And the person checking me in was rude because there was nothing on y'all's website about half the pay cash."

"Hot tub was not hot or blowing. Actually it was filthy too. Come on guys when you research and pay for hot tub there should be one. No coffee pot in room! That’s pretty standard for a halfway decent motel. No elevator! That’s pretty standard to have too! This is not the flintstone age is it? Definitely could do better for the money"

"The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Check-in was easy, checkout was easy. Those were the good things. The not so good things ….. the hotel is pretty dated; the TV remote was confusing; TV wasn’t very big; the breakfast was pretty bad. The coffee was very watered down, not much was left to eat for the breakfast at 8:30 am. It was very disappointing. The staff is friendly enough. I would probably not go back again. "

"The room was clean there were stains on the couch and neither remote worked for either tvs. We went to get new batteries and still nothing. Housekeeping was friendly. We left our room clean with very little trash and no mess at all. Its been 2 weeks and still havent received my deposit back....im coming back in May and my deposit is the only reason we arent booking our stay here again!. "

"Had to pay an additional $100 as a depositon the room which we didnt realize until after we arrived. It was return the next morning, but it was a real inconvenience.I complained & they said it did state the policy, but of course in very fine print. Plus Continental breakfast included, but it was cold cereal, and yogurt no muffins no toast no oatmeal hardly could call it a continental breakfast. Will not return."
