Booked at last minute and not planned to go to Pattaya, so no research before hand, could have chosen Hilton or Intercon but chose Royal Cliff on off chance. Fantastic position with private beaches and easy yo reach centre of Pattaya with taxis

The location was very important to us, we wanted the villa which had easy access to the beach and located not far from Walking street, and this was great choice. grand Siam Villa is located in 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach and in about 7 minutes drive to Walking Street.

Was ideal for my family of 2 kids (15) and (12) and my mum. We were five of us and the apartment was spacious, clean, homey, well decorated, good air cons (YOU NEED IT!) and the ocean was glorious - hands' length away. Lots of dvds, comfy sofas, well equipped kitchen. We managed sight-seeing, cooking, watching films, having an awesome time :) Noom and his team are friendly, speak English and were up for us at 1:00 am! This was not my first stay at the Baraquda. This stay was even better than the last time. The welcome cocktail is a great start and the room decor and amenity is great. The pool is quiet and shaded mostly. The staff are so helpful and the location is really good if you like Pattaya activity and proximity to the beach. Far enough away if you need some peace after. Excellent.

Can’t fault this hotel, everything immaculate and the staff can not do enough for you. Would highly recommend to anyone and I certainly will return.

Staff and facilities excellent feel very comfortable and safe. Great facilities in room for cooking etc and great breakfast. When I come back to thailand and pattaya this is where I will be staying.

Everything was brilliant two moans internet could have been better and there were no mattresses on the sun beds but the pool was spotlessly clean deffo go back
