"Staff is great!!"

"This is perfect for a layover or two nights. Close to the airport and stadium. Shuttle is convenient but not every half hour as stated. No fridge, full length mirror, drawers nor ice available in the room. Otherwise decent large rooms. "

"Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to the expectations of its high ratings. It was incredibly noisy - you could hear the TV in neighboring rooms and the doors closing made more noise than any hotel I've stayed in. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. And the room smelled incredibly strong like cleaning solution - and there was only a tiny window to try to air the room out. The hotel appeared to have a beautiful courtyard, but the staff said it could not be accessed. We ended up leaving a day early. "

"Maintenance of the hotel in general and the room in particular was awfull, the elevator (only One) looked like a service elevator, the prices of the Restaurant ridiculous, so all in all the visit was a total disaster"

"Excellent costumer service, the staff was always very helpful. One night we decided that we wanted to visit Teotihuacan and the staff help us to book a private tour even though it was last minute!!! The room was clean and comfortable The hotel has a very good location, you could walk to the Historic Center or Roma Norte."
