They promise you a free excursion for the price of you being yelled at and forced to pay thousands of dollars to buy a time share and when you refuse they got very nasty Room service is $15 per call that is not all inclusive Our mini bar fridge was hot and did not function and was only restocked once the whole week we were there Allll the staff expect tips and if you don’t tip they’ll leave your room a mess and hit you with fake charges in your room None of the properties hot tubs work or family attractions where operational the place is under fake construction
