"Pedi limpieza de cuarto a las 3 pm me dijeron que sin problema salimos a un festival y regresamos con la sorpresa que lo limpiaron no me quedo de otra mas que solicitar que retiraran la basura y toallas limpias a las 3 am .
Pedi hielo a recepcion a la 1 pm y me lo llevaron 4 horas despues de que marque de nuevo
