"Amazing "

"The PERFECT hotel for staying in London if you want to take advantage of the Underground and enjoy the city. Located a couple blocks from Kings Cross St Pancras, it was so easy to hit the ground running every morning and great to return to at night. Lots of good food options nearby as well. I love that we used the key card for the room to turn on the lights and the A/C, makes it easier to keep track of it as well as ensure you save energy while you're out and about. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom was clean, staff was friendly and so helpful, just overall a great experience. The room we stayed in didn't have an abundance of power outlets which made it a little challenging when getting ready as the mirror was just barely out of reach from the curling iron, but it was manageable. I do appreciate that they required reservation times for breakfast, it ensured the room wasn't too crowded or noisy for food and that there wasn't a long wait to eat either. The staff was incredibly attentive and always pleasant to interact with. I will be recommending this place to anyone I know staying in London who wants a safe and comfortable place to relax after their adventures. "

"Our March visit wasn’t the greatest, but this time around all the previous issues were gone. Room was clean, well stocked, and cool despite the heat outside. Service was friendly and helpful. The problem with the key cards malfunctioning had disappeared. I’m glad I gave it a 2nd chance! This is a great location for us and we will be back."

"Rooms are big and clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Mae helped us check-in. We did not request ahead of time for connecting rooms. However, she was willing to look in the system and got us connecting rooms! It made our stay so much more pleasant and convenient. Thank you so much Mae! Will definitely recommend Nhow to others and stay again."

"Excellent service from everyone in the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Bed and pillows were comfy. There was a good breakfast choice with extras available that are cooked fresh. Great location. 5 min walk to Moorgate tube station. Bars and restaurants nearby and walking distance to St Pauls cathedral, shops, restaurants and Spitalfields. "

"- very clean (pristine white sheets and towels, bathroom and floors spotless) - regular and black out blinds - yes the room gets warm but the AC cools down the room in seconds - tv with LED background is so cool, mirror lights perfect for makeup, individual reading lamps - fridge, nice touch for keeping drinks cold - safety aspect of keycard use in elevator - self service easy check in and out - small drink/snacks available to purchase (better prices than in shops) - adjustable head rest on bed Honestly everything was perfect so thank you! Close to train/tube station. Definitely be back. "
