The hotel staff is very courteous and prompt to respond to issues. My wife greatly enjoyed our stay and will be glad to use this when we are in Brooklyn again. "

"Breakfast selection was superb, every day was a little different to make each day feel special. The GM made smoothies for everyone one morning too. Staff were all so kind and helpful, I needed scissors to fix something on a shirt one morning and they had some I could borrow. The staff who manage the breakfast area was on top of keeping everything stocked and cleaning the area multiple times throughout breakfast as well. Location is great, about a 7 minute walk from a subway station and a 3 minute walk from a bus station. Lots of local eateries within 15 minute walk to check out."
