"The hotel is well kept and clean. Easy access to the DUMBO neighborhood, but also the rest of the city. Uber and Lyft are readily available. The hotel staff is very courteous and prompt to respond to issues. My wife greatly enjoyed our stay and will be glad to use this when we are in Brooklyn again. "

"Hotel room was spacious, beds were ok. Bathroom is ready for a refurb. Hotel in general needs a refurb. Breakfast was terrible. All in all an ok stay."

"AC worked. Fridge did not. Bed made me itchy and was not clean."

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were run down, several of the outlets did not work or were too loose to hold a charger, hallways weren’t vacuumed, no washcloths or hand towels in the room on check in. Over all, they were fine, but not stellar."

"Breakfast selection was superb, every day was a little different to make each day feel special. The GM made smoothies for everyone one morning too. Staff were all so kind and helpful, I needed scissors to fix something on a shirt one morning and they had some I could borrow. The staff who manage the breakfast area was on top of keeping everything stocked and cleaning the area multiple times throughout breakfast as well. Location is great, about a 7 minute walk from a subway station and a 3 minute walk from a bus station. Lots of local eateries within 15 minute walk to check out."

"Room was nice, location is perfect and well connected. Breakfast not great as it has to be ordered from a limited selection. Ordering waiting and eating takes an hour every time"
