"They did not recognize the reservation from hotel.com. Took 2+ to checking and kept us waiting. Same for checkout. Food is great. service is good. There should be some arrangement for pickup from airport. Its difficult to get to the hotel as there are lot of roadblocks from local cops. If you have heavy luggage its difficult to get to the hotel."

"Amazing stay at this property, fantastic service, clean rooms and good food which will be more like homemade food ( which we liked) and not like a restaurant style. Breakfast and dinner can be included in your stay which I recommend as this property is located a bit remote around 45 minutes from Jaisalmer. "We looked forward to this trip. The people are nice and the property situated well. They had a camal safari, local entertainment and then dinner. With only 3 families among 18 camps, we felt a bit empty. A larger group would have made this a better experience. Weather, the location and the experience for one night is worth."
