"Overall, property is decent. However, could use some TLC. Lots of bugs in the room. Do not give drinking water daily. The head shower didn’t work in my room. The staff is super nice and tries to help where they can. The menu is essentially the same every day. We stayed for 3 days and ate same things. They should switch some things up. "They did not recognize the reservation from hotel.com. Took 2+ to checking and kept us waiting. Same for checkout. Food is great. service is good. There should be some arrangement for pickup from airport. Its difficult to get to the hotel as there are lot of roadblocks from local cops. If you have heavy luggage its difficult to get to the hotel."
