Iberostar Golf Course

I was very disappointed with my stay at Riu Palace Punta Cana. The resort is in desperate need of renovation. Our room was very outdated, the mattresses were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The pool towel station would run out of towels by around noon every day, which was extremely frustrating for a resort of this size. The food was also below expectations—low average at best, with limited quality and variety. Overall, this was not the luxury experience we expected from a Riu Palace. Between the old, dirty rooms, poor maintenance, and mediocre food, I would not recommend staying here and would choose a different resort on my next trip.

Rooms are humid and have mold growing. If the air conditioning is not on it smells like mildew. Cleaners use the same bucket of bleach to mop the floor in each room. Bed felt moist and pillows smelled bad. I did not enjoy the room at all other than the nice view of the resort and ocean. The rest of the resort is gorgeous and staff are kind. Rui parties are fun and the beach is clean and beautiful. Lots of people trying to scam and sell you things sometimes took away from the experience. If you can say no you will be fine.

El hotel es súper limpio, los cuartos muy grandes y el servicio excelente. Lo único que recomendaría al hotel es que hicieran más actividades familiares en la noche…. El white party es solo para adultos cuando en el riu de Cancún era para toda la familia y se pasa muy bn…. El único show q es bueno es el circo que hacen, pero es muy aburrido en la noche. Todos los party son para adultos que me parece bn, pero deberían hacer lo mismo para las familias pq hay muchas familias en el Hotel.
