This was a great vacation. The rooms were clean all of the service was amazing food in the buffet was good. Lots of variaty you could stick with items your comfartable with or try new things. My only complaints. Using the app was very clunky. And whats with having to look into weather or not you can get room service. I get charging an extra fee or something at different tiers but to not allow you to order at all?

Beautiful Property, Not a True Luxury Experience At $1,500+ per night, the expectation is a seamless luxury experience. Casa de Campo is visually beautiful, but service and value did not match the price. Check-in required a 25+ minute wait for a “concierge check-in”, while 2 front desk agents remained unoccupied, yet there was no meaningful property overview or proactive assistance. The room was standard at best and consistently humid. We had booked expecting a hot tub, but only select rooms in another section section of the resort have them. Even after a partial adjustment through Expedia, the value was not there. The main pool shows visible wear, and overall upkeep does not reflect a luxury rate. Concierge service lacked initiative. When restaurants were full, we had to prompt alternatives. There was also confusion about what our stay included, despite the high rate, it covered no meals or experiences, only the room and a golf cart. Dining was good overall. Breakfast at Lago stood out thanks to Jael, who delivered the only truly five-star service we experienced. The property and golf course are beautiful, but service precision, clarity, and overall value fall short of true luxury standards.

Constant entertainment, great pools, clean beach, lively vibe, wonderful staff, strong drinks, well-appointed family suites, tons of on-site amenities. Food is a 2/10 but no one cares. That is how fun this place is. We will be back.

Amazing all inclusive vacation from the moment you step foot on grounds..!!

Excellent swim up room with lots of deck furniture, hammock in the pool, pool heated so can enjoy at night. Sun beaming in first thing in the morning and sun directly out from 7:30AM roughly until about 3;30PM and the sun does not set until about 6:45 so lots of time outside.
