"Staff members gave my family and I excellent customer service! The morning continental breakfast was just ok. The overall quality was great for convenience and centralization of the property for the nearby shopping and dining. The only thing was we couldn’t stay longer for our short visit. "
"We truly enjoyed our stay. The room had a kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals when you don’t want to dine out. The property is beautiful and very well kept. We loved our stay! "
"Check in was easy and quick. The room was very clean and had all thr things you would need while on vacation. The property was also very clean and we loved the location as well. Would highly recommend and return here for future vacations. "
"A room with a large balcony so you can really enjoy the sea and breezes makes the Royal Kona a very special experience. I’m glad to see the renovations going on that will keep this hotel a landmark on the Kona coast. "
"This little gem was a great place for us to relax. Our room was steps away from the ocean . We could hear the waves crashing against the rocks and feel the ocean breeze. Not a big or fancy place. There is no ac or tv in rooms, but we didn't need it. We watched the beautiful sunset from the pool area. Needs a bit of updating. There was some bubbled and peeling paint in the bathroom. Our stay was only one night in this small quaint place, but we enjoyed our time there."
