"Bathroom tiny and shower splashed all over the floor. Needed a towel to sop it up when you stepped out. It was a solid half glass door Really ridiculously designed The Bed had a long hair that didn’t belong to me so I asked for a new set of sheets. I was told it would be done by 4pm yet I returned at 8 pm. And they weren’t changed. I had to go and address it to find house keeping had gone home for the night. Leaving me to change my sheets. Communication is the key and there was a lack. The front desk was extremely apologetic And extremely nice. Unfortunately it was a big mess back and forth several times because there is no phone to even call a front desk"

"Check in and out desk staff should be more knowledgeable and polite to the customers. Just comparing the different places and the staff that was more knowledgeable and helpful."

"The front desk agent that checked me and my family in was very hospitable and professional. From the moment we walked in she had the biggest smile and welcomed us. She was very attentive, gave recommendations for local food etc. The room itself is very outdated, smells like mold and the doors are full of dirty finger prints. When checking out the elevator landing on our floor was covered with blood along with the inside of the elevator. Will definitely ever stay here again. That front desk agent deserves to work at a much better property as she is holding herself back. "

"The AC in room 807 is wonky - it takes a long time to cool down and then it gets much colder than the temp. The coffee maker is outdated and there are coffee grinds in each cup of coffee made. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people’s conversations next door. Super loud at night time and 6am. "
