"I stayed for 4 days. My stay was pleasant. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only thing that I wish would have been different was the ability to check in early. After a full day of traveling from the US and an issue with my ankles swelling, it would have been nice to check in early to shower and elevate my legs. There was a lobby full of travelers and I found it odd that meraculously at exactly check in time we were all told rooms were then available. "

"Located on a quiet residential street just steps away from an underground subway stop with excellent service. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a nice restaurant with bar downstairs with both indoor and outdoor dining options. Nice spa but no pool. Our room was quite small but adequate for us as we spent most of our time exploring London. "

"From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. The hotel staff went above and beyond—so friendly, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our visit. Due to unexpected train delays, we had to call ahead, and the staff kindly made arrangements to ensure we could access our room even if we arrived after hours. On our last day, we had to check out before breakfast service began, so the manager and chef generously prepared fresh fruit bowls for us the night before—such a thoughtful gesture. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and the food was fantastic: the fish and chips were the best we had in London! The hotel itself is beautiful, with charming historic character throughout. Conveniently, there’s a bus stop right outside and a Tube station just a four-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Highly recommend!"

"Great hotel, 5 minutes walk to Olympia conference center, staff were very friendly, allowed me to check in very late due to traffic on route however was clean and staff helpful! Will stay again and would recommend!"
