"The bad: I would return but would probably not stay in the Carson tower again. It’s older, which I don’t have a problem with, it was surface clean but the bathroom left a little to be desired. The bathtub had a some fair sized chinks of enamel out of it and was rusty where the enamel was missing. It also had other various rust spots. The spout looked like it was falling off the wall. Every time I turned the shower off I thought I was going to break the spout off the wall. I did mention it to front staff, they had no other room to move is to. They gave a $50 drink voucher instead which I never used, as I don’t drink that much. I would have preferred a discount in my room, to me that would have been the appropriate thing to do. The good: I really enjoyed the pool area. The loungers were clean and comfortable. The pool was a nice pool to swim in and was clean. The casino was nice. We only ate in one restaurant but that was good. I wish we had ate there more often actually. The hotel was clean and kept in good shape. We had a late flight so we were able hang out at the pool for the day and store our bags until we had to leave for our flight. I thought that was a great idea for people that have later flights and no where to go. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the casino but everything looked good and flowed nicely. The hotel had things to do and was easy to get around. Great location, So great to be right in Fremont street. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. "

"We were charged additionl $104 for the 2 nights for their resort fees. -Stuck in elevator 10 min, keycard stopped working. -glass marks and hair on dresser counter and floors not mopped. The bottom of my feet were black after getting out of shower. - Kiosk only to order food at food court, it was a nightmare. lines backed up. I waited in line at bagel shop wasnt able to older, kiask "add order" not working, and no customer service walked off frustrated and in tears. after waiting in line with a 10, 5 and 3-year-old to not get my bagel and coffee. Thank goodness for the inperson help at Krispy Cream I was able to get coffee. The Smelll of marijuanna throughout the lobbyband arguing amonst guest was a bit much. No arcade security, we wanted to play a game shooting baskets but some teenage kids decided to take game ball and have a basket game amongst guest. Don't go on the weekend it was less active when we checked out on Monday. Not worth the lowrates. will not go again."
