"The Fairmont Orchid is absolutely gorgeous! I love the fact that it had its own private beach, where you can snorkel, paddle-board, go kayaking or go out on an outrigger. There is also a bar at the beach and food service available. The pool area separate from the beach, but they are both right next to each other. The pool area has food service and drink service as well and is very well designed. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. There is a shuttle service that will take you to the surrounding resorts for other restaurant options. The food is expensive so we took the shuttle bus to the little grocery store and purchased things for our room. We found that the food at the restaurants were just OK and not worth the price that we paid. Also, they have yoga every day and daily activities that you can participate in such as hula lessons (which I did), making a Hawaiian lai, discussions on culture and art, etc. You can also golf or play tennis there as well. They also have a concierge that will help you make arrangements for any excursions you want and a car service too. Overall, I really enjoyed this resort and would go again. "

"Loved our hotel. Only thing was there is music playing from town on the weekends late at night. But I was so tired from our beach adventures I went right to sleep. The AC was perfect. Will be staying here again for sure!"

"Naniloa is always our go to when visiting for drag racing events. We live in Kona and often travel to Hilo as my daughter is a drag racer! Super friendly staff and always a great stay!"
