"The best and most accommodating stay I’ve ever experienced, right in the heart of Amsterdam. The host was amazing and provided us with everything we needed for a wonderful time "
"The room with a king and twin was very nice, clean and comfortable. The twin was separated by a divider and had it's own TV. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam
10/10 Excellent
"Staff were incredibly friendly and even assisted with and upgrade when they saw it was a 6 night stay. It was my second time in over 10 years and the property was not only been well maintained it has even improved. Will return in the future. "
"We had a small issue upon arrival. The manager was very attentive and compensated us appropriately for the inconvenience. Staff overall were very good."
"I always appreciated the help and friendly service that we received at the front desk and at the breakfast room. The hotel is in a convenient downtown location, which was very important to us. I was thankful that the hotel has air-conditioning, as there was a two day heatwave while we were there. It did take awhile for the air-conditioning to work, but the room did eventually cool off at night. Our room was clean and tidy, and our bed and pillows were quite comfortable for a good night's sleep. "
