"I was disappointed when arriving. I was never told that the rooms are first come first serviced. I had a reservation but upon arriving they had no room for me. I had to wait 2 hours before I got a room. "

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, just unfortunate that I did not have a wash cloth in my room. Other than that, it was nice staying there for the evening. The staff was wonderful to work with as well."

"Comfortable and clean rooms. Great on site dining options and since it is attached to the mall there are more options very close by. It's really nice there are complimentary drink tickets and discounts for surveys. Clean pool and hot tub and a beautiful event space. The staff is absolutely amazing, above and beyond from the parking to the registration. "
