Spotless room - all brand new. Excellent facilities. Ideal for working. Comfortable bed. Very nice and personable staff. Breakfast so-so - cooked stuff has that precooked appearance and taste. But mostly good oatmeal with nuts and fruits etc, plus yoghurt. Wildwood Grill next door is excellent value if you want a break from cooking!

Wonderful setup, adjoining hotel rooms, very well appointed. We really enjoyed it. We would happily return there.

The area is lovely and this building is full of history but they have managed to fit modern air-conditioning into this 226 year old building.

Surprisingly comfortable- a much plusher hotel than we expected in a really nice town with lots of good eateries.

Lovely homely hotel , historical features make it a very comfortable place to reside , location excellent for exploring shops with plenty of parking on site

This rooms were very clean and spacious and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and the parking was very convenient

The hotel was clean and fresh, my son enjoyed the games area. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. Breakfast was good and the staff got me vegetarian options when asked.

Apart from the bed being alittle too soft for our liking,and only 3 soft pillows for 2 of us,it was a nice experience.Visiting friends nearby,we only stayed the 1 night,but we plan to revisit,and would use this hotel again. Some roadnoise from nearby highway, but we live on a major airport flightpath,so not really disturbing our sleep. All in all good value for money.

I loved the staff they were great it was my daughter's graduation and she just wanted to swim and eat pizza holiday inn Express gave me everything I needed to give her the best graduation day of her life she got to enjoy the pool with her friends she got red rose pizza and her night was amazing all I had to do was keep an eye on them easy when you are dealing with great and smart girls I do have to say I might have had more fun than them 😂😂 holiday inn Express is my go to when I need to keep...

Amazing hotel!

After a long drive from Cape Cod to Springfield, we were so glad to find Naomi's Inn and it's owner, Marci. She made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to answer our questions and provide advice on the area etc. She has created a beautiful B&B, with every room decorated to a very high standard. We had a large room at the back with its own balcony. It was light and airy and the bed huge and comfortable. We had a great night's sleep! Peaceful location with lots of birdsong in the evening...
