We had issues with the room, AC, and food service, which left us quite disappointed initially. However, when we met Mr. Arghya Sarkar, everything changed in terms of how we felt as guests. He was extremely polite, patient, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen carefully to our concerns without interruption and handled the situation with professionalism and empathy. In hospitality, problems can happen — but what truly matters is how they are handled. Mr. Sarkar’s calm demeanor, respectful communication, and sincere effort to make things right made a real difference to us. "I stayed at this hotel recently and felt there is good potential, especially given its convenient and central location. The overall cleanliness and maintenance, particularly in the bathroom, could be improved, as issues like water seeping onto the floor and limited hand towels affected comfort during the stay.The staff were courteous, but some processes could be better organized. I was contacted late in the evening to provide my passport and additional documentation for their records, which would have been much more convenient and less disruptive if handled fully at check-in.The food was quite average compared with restaurants and hotels of a similar category in Chennai, and did not particularly stand out. With improvements in cleanliness, bathroom maintenance, and front-desk procedures, this hotel could offer a much smoother and more enjoyable guest experience in a very good location."
