"Our room was clean and well appointed. Bed was so comfortable and the bedding was upscale. Third time we have stayed at this property while enjoying the Shaw Theater Festival"

"The room i was in was located next to a mechanical room because there was something that kept going off once an hour. And the ac unit seemed a little older and was kinda loud. Outside of that, the beds were nice and comfortable. Great location,, not far from niagara and nice view. But you will need a car as there is nothing in walking distance as far as shops and restaurants."

"This is second time there and loved it . Johnny Rocco’s Italian Restaurant was awesome for Anniversary and it is attached to hotel . Short easy drive to Niagara-on-lake and Outlet Mall . Can walk to Keg and Stacked for breakfast ."

"Liked the breakfast and room it was in. Bathroom shampoo was empty and no fan. Wallpaper pealing in bathroom. More hooks and shelving would be nice near sink and shower."
