"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even more special. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The amenities were great overall, and I especially appreciated the hot tub after a long day. The only downside was that the chlorine level seemed a bit high, which made it less relaxing than expected. Still, that was a small issue in an otherwise fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"We arrived and there wasn't a person to check us in, eventually a custodian found someone and he was helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and new, (the facility seems quite new). We enjoyed the variety of items available for the hot breakfast. Parking is an additional $20 underground, best option as general area didn't feel safe. Close to the airport which is a bonus."
