"Homewood Suites by Hilton Hamilton was perfect. So convenient, great location!"

"I booked my room through Expedia and the hotel had no record of it in their system when I arrived to check-in. They had to log in through a different system and then luckily they still had a room available. The room had not been fully cleaned - there was a blue ring of soap on the edge of the bath and a huge dot of some sort of cream or something on the desk. When I went to leave I was also issued a $120 parking ticket and when I presented this to the staff at the front desk she checked the paperwork and the staff when I checked in mis-typed it into their system so now I am left to follow-up on them “fixing” their issue. I do not recommend this hotel - this has been a nightmare to stay at this hotel. Last year they used my credit card for fraud and bought a flight and now issues again. Just awful."

"Breakfast is buffet style; pancakes, waffles, powdered scrambled eggs, cheap sausage patties, breads, bagels, muffins, apples, bananas, coffee, tea. Not great but gets you on the road."

"Room was nicely renovated and very clean. Gym and pool were clean and we had fun using both amenities. Great for a night with two kids before a morning event downtown. Lots of restaurants nearby!"

"Lovely from the moment we pulled up, all staff were super helpful, the onsite cafe and restaurant are excellent. The area around the hotel is walkable and has lots of dining options. The views of the lake are stunning. A very nice stay!"

"Overall, we had a great stay. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, and the location was excellent for getting around and enjoying the area. A couple of small improvements that could enhance the guest experience: - Providing additional coffee for longer stays would be appreciated - It would be helpful to communicate in advance that parking is limited and may require a reservation for those traveling by car"

"Our room was very spacious. Curtains could not close completely because hooks were missing, spacious bathroom but very small shower with no shelf for shampoo or soap. Our room was uncomfortably cool and there was no way to turn up the heat."
