However, the lack of pre-check-in communication until just a few hours before arrival is a notable disappointment. Despite your stated policy of providing the entrance code 72 hours in advance, the focus seemed to be on automated messages requesting check-in details and credit card information for a security deposit. For international travelers like myself, this lack of confirmation until shortly before landing in Canada creates unnecessary stress and uncertainty. This communication gap requires urgent attention and improvement. Additionally, considering that conventional texting methods proved ineffective, establishing a WhatsApp account could greatly enhance communication, particularly for guests traveling from abroad.

Stayed one night for an event at the First Ontario Centre. 17 minute walk each way with so many great food places near by. Super comfortable bed, and a tonne of a natural light through the floor to ceiling windows. Would absolutely stay here again!
