"The check in process was fine. I did have to cancel my reservation for the previous day, and I was disappointed that the front desk could not be reached by phone to discuss options or booking an alternate reservation. I was fully charged for the stay, which was unfortunate. The room condition was average, and it was 30 degrees inside the room when I arrived, and it took a few hours to cool it down. The bathtub is showing wear, but otherwise my stay was okay."

"New, clean hotel with wonderful complimentary breakfast and cheerful, helpful staff. Love the 24-hour complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the lobby (regular cream and milk would be preferred over non-dairy creamer). Appreciated bag with water and a treat offered at check-in and complimentary cookies at the front desk."

"Honestly we have been coming here every year at this time. And this year the hockey league took over the hotel but this year was noisier more than usual and also this year they charged for parking. So next year we will be thinking of somewhere else, sadly"
