"The information in the hotel description was completely misleading. I booked this hotel on a 3 day business trip instead of others available in the area at a similar price due to the description specifically staying "Free Daily Continental Breakfast Included".
When I arrived I was given three $10 vouchers, 1 for each morning of my stay, to use at the attached Denny's. Staff advised the hotel does not serve breakfast. The $10 barely covered half of a Denny's daily breakfast, which started at almost $20 plus tax. Extremely frustrating, as I would've just booked at the Four Points across the street had I know this.
The pool and hot tub are very dirty, the water is hazy and cloudy. The walls of the pool and hot tub are literally brown. And the floor is covered in what feels like rocks under your feet in the water.
The hot water takes absolutely forever to turn on. I had to turn on the shower for a good 10 minutes, and the sink was the same.
There's also no water or ice anywhere to fill a bottle in the hotel."
"Great Hotel, My First, time in Cañada.I was a little bit disappointed with the fact that there was no free coffee available like in the states. But yes I will recommend this hotel, who is not a coffee drinker. Very nice, very clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming."
"Rooms were too hot. The AC was apparently down. But we were not notified until we got into our room. We were given 1 fan for our room. But we really needed two since we were staying in a suite and I had 3 kids with me a- a newborn, a 2 year old. And a 5 year old. The room was very hot and uncomfortable to stay in. Had we known the AC was down we would not have stayed there"
"For a new hotel I was disappointed with our room
The towel rack was falling off the wall. The sheets had stains on them and the general cleanliness of the room was not up to scratch. The mirrors were smudged. It is a busy hotel and the turnover is great but a standard needs to be maintained. Do not rest on your laurels.
Keep it Clean for all of our sakes."
