"The staff was so wonderful, Linda at the desk could not have been nicer and more welcoming. Rooms are big for NYC and we got a great view of the Empire State Building. It's not a brand new hotel so you don't have cutting edge amenities, but everything worked and was clean. Having a good diner accessible from the lobby was a great bonus."

"First of all, the Valentine's Day decor was really beautiful in the lobby! The receptionists were really sweet too. Sam was such a great help when I had an issue with the heat in my room. She was able to switch me out rather quickly and I'm so grateful since we're having a terrible winter in NYC. I loved the bathroom the most!! A standing shower will always have my heart. Everything was pretty clean, bed was comfy and I couldn't be happier with my short stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel! "
