The Pod Hotel in Brooklyn is so cute and cozy! The rooms are obviously small so don’t expect anything luxurious in terms of space. My partner and I got a queen pod and it was a little tight but overall very cozy. If you have a lot of luggage definitely consider other hotels. The AC worked well, the bathroom was great, the sink is a little small but that’s to be expected. The bathrooms have frosted glass so someone in the bed can see you while you’re on the toilet which isn’t great. The area nearby is amazing!! So many cute shops and amazing food nearby like Birria Landia! It’s close to the subway so you can easily travel to and from manhattan.

This property is exceptional for a number of reasons. It’s new, clean, expertly run, the location cannot be beat (Williamsburg is probably one of the hippest neighborhoods in New York) and the value is outstanding. The “pod” style rooms is exactly what works for New York since you don’t come to visit here to stay in your room. Plus the rooms are so efficiently designed you feel zen!

Stayed one night and the staff were amazing and friendly! They spontaneously offered to help arrange a ride to my next destination at check out. Amazing service, clean room perfect for my needs. Will stay again!! PS for anyone who needs a meal, Fish Cheeks, a contemporary Thai restaurant, is right across the street and took us as a walk in. The food was incredible!!

Well, for the location, this was a good property. I wish I knew more if there were amenities for guests, but I just felt like we didn't get all the information about our stay. If you're into toilets in the shower, then you'll be fine, maybe weirded out at first. Bed was comfortable and the room was perfect for what was needed.

The hotel is very cool and boasts great interior finishes and fittings. There are lots of very well maintained and kept shared spaces, break out rooms and rooftops in the hotel. Also its room sizes are based on shipping containers (but they are not!) and the pods were constructed off site, then shipped to Brooklyn.

I’m a very loyal customer to Pod and have always loved it. This stay, wasn’t the best. I stayed in a room where the sink was messed up, the internet on the TV wasn’t working and the mirroring options either. When I called to mention these things, except the sink, I was told no TV in the hotel gives those features, although I’ve used them before. I didn’t go further into the matter, but was disappointed. I guess it’s just one of those stays.

The staff was amazing and I felt very safe. It's a small room but I knew that before arrival. My only issue is that it could have been cleaner. There was so much dust and hair on the tray in the shower. Also the frame part around the bed could use a good vacuum. I cleaned all of it myself and I shouldn't have had to! The location is perfect!!
