"Hi, stay was overall good for this kids. Rooms were okay, multiple days the cleaning staff did not cleans our room which was frustrating with young’s kids. No new towels or bedding that was required to be replaced. They also do not vacuum. Seven stay overall but service was poor."

"We have stayed at hotel before, and rooms were clean but upon arrival in May the room wasn't clean. The room was located in a corner location not the type or view we received on previous occasions. We reported the problems to front desk twice on two separate days and I also showed them pictures of the problem. Our sheets weren't changed and additional towels weren't delivered even though we requested changes. Really disappointed, we really like the hotel and location."

"We upgraded to the two bedroom two bathroom suite and that was a great move. We had a balcony overlooking the courtyard/pool and there was plenty of space for three of us. The beds were comfortable, good amenities, walkable to a grocery store and several shops and restaurants, and not far from Old Town Scottsdale. We had a kitchenette, though the dishwasher appeared to leak a little. We also found a few food trash items in the room when we arrived (chips on the floor), so we decided to wipe down all the surfaces. It appears a child (or several) stayed in the room previous to us. Great staff and the happy hour and breakfast were a nice touch."
