Very clean rooms. Excellent ambiance and decor in the room. Comfortable bed. Huge shower cubicle; big enough for 3-4 people. Buffet style breakfast is excellent with plenty to choose from: Meat and vegetarian. Freshly prepared daily by the lady chef Nurcan. All friendly and helpful staff with smiley faces all the time. I stayed at Han Caves Suites for 5 nights and couldn’t have been happier. The room was a good size and very clean with a big terrace. The dining area was also fine with an exceptional breakfast that was extremely generous, I had to ask the staff to stop bringing more dishes out as I didn’t want to be wasteful. Excellent in every department.

Great hotel and very clean and top class bedroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good quality and high standard local restaurant. Overall we had great stays at the hotel. Only minor suggestion for betterent would be to reconfigurate the top terrace/roof furniture layout for photo shooting of sunrise with hot air balloon in early morning.

You cannot beat the location of this property - it is right in the center of the old Goreme town where all of the hot air balloon descend to at dawn and you can get pretty close to them. It's got multiple terraces that have gorgeous view of the landscape, the town, and the hot air balloon. The rooms are fantastic as well. I'm currently on a 3 week trip and while there's still one hotel left, I can confidently say this hotel will be the best of my trip. Before even arriving, I was emailed to arrange transfers (nice touch) in addition to balloon ride and tours- advising me of the options with reasonable prices. I had my entire trips activities arranged before arriving through expedient and great service via email. The hotel was very nice, we had a lovely breakfast and near to the centre and lovely place to stay. We highly recommended.

The property is beautiful, very well managed and the entire family of the owners looks after the guests with complete personal involvement. The rooms are amazing and very beautiful with a cave like experience. The bathrooms are a sight. The breakfast is laid on the terrace which overlooks Goreme, where you can also enjoy a nice cuppa. If I ever return to Cappadocia I shall undoubtedly stay here.

Nice stay to meet the sunrise and balloons in Goreme. Good location. Walking distance to the sunrise point. Very friendly staff, nice view breakfast on the roof. Clean toilet and shower.

Central location in central Goreme. Buffet breakfast was lovely, and some very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is next to a mosque so you hear the call for prayer early morning and late night, but I would assume you would hear this in most hotels in the central area. The great service and staff still meant we would highly recommend the hotel.
