Super friendly staff, my room was ready early so I could check in straight away. The staff will sort anything out for you. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. Excellent value for money.

Nice big clean rooms. We really had Great food especially at their restaurant Latest recipe & all credit goes to their Chef Daksh & the assistants Vishal, Smyarana.

A lovely friendly place in a tranquil Idyllic setting just off the main road. Rooms were cleaned and fresh towels every day. Bedding changed every other day. Nice pool. Help yourself buffet breakfast was ok and included in the price. Would definitely return. Recommended

Overall, it’s a great place to stay. It’s conveniently located near Candolim Beach, with just a 15-minute walk to reach the shore. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with daily cleaning services. The breakfast was also a highlight – they offer a different menu each day, so you won’t get bored of having the same items. One suggestion would be to add a small play area for kids. It would make the stay even more enjoyable for families with young children

OMG what a find of a hotel, set in the luch greeny of Goa and just a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach this hotel is great, the rooms are a little run down, but please dont let that put you off, the hotel was super clean, pool cleaned everynight and chemicals added, the food was just amazing never got ill from eating here, the owner Rahil and his lovely wife were so kind to us and made us feel like we were coming home rather than jus to an hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. I booked this hotel on Expedia and surprisingly found the hotel to exceed on our expectations. Hotel is constructed on more than 100 year old Portuguese building. Food was excellent. Hotel staff was very good and courteous. Ambience of the hotel is very good. Rooms are pool facing. Rooms and washroom are very big in size.

So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed...
