First room was the normal Deluxe Room, I suggest get the one with the Balcony so you don’t have to listen to the music 8am-10pm all day, also you may have the chance to not hear the people in the pool. Breakfast was Indianstyle good, you had also fruits and bread beside a good variety of veg food. The reception did the best also to extend my stay without further issues however a new booking does not guarantee that you can go earlier into the room but they made it possible. Thank you.

It was an average trip as we had to ask for hand towels and tissue box because there were no supplies in the bathroom. The receptionist said we have to pay for breakfast whereas we booked room with breakfast. There was no airport transfer whereas the hotel booking mentions it.

We stayed for 6 days and enjoyed our stay. Staff was very well behaved and always their to assist. Deepak and Chef Yoginder are very cordial and made sure each guest is at ease. Property is situated at perfect location and all beaches are accessible within 15/20 min.

It was a very fantastic trip. The hotel staff were very friendly & we had requested for a room change for which they had provided a room upgrade upon availability proactively. We didn't have to follow it up.

The staff, especially the Chefs, Krishnandu Bannerjee, Shri Darti, were extremely helpful asking us about our stay and what we would like. All the staff were also helping out. However the rooms in the hotel are too small and it is in a congested locality.

I went to Goa after a longish gap with my family for 4N/5D & stayed at Fairfield by marriott calangute & i would go out in plain words to say that the stay was AWESOME. The hotel, the location, the food, the staff, the service was top notch, i mean inspite of being sold out for a 170 odd room property to manage the guests at breakfast time each day was a no simple task, minor service quality issues can happen and do happen almost everywhere but the way the staff at this hotel were carrying out the operations was something to be proud about a fellow citizen of our country with many foreign guests also staying at the same time in that property. The chefs & the supervisors were going to each & every table almost on daily basis and enquiring about the food & if anything else is needed. The front office staff was extremely warm & the smile and grace with which they carried themselves at all times of the day was something remarkable. A special mention to the staff i personally interacted with and they really made us feel at home. Vivek Rawat , mayuri koli at the FO, Divya at the restaurant during breakfast, tushar at FO, sunil at housekeeping & aditi at operations are the few names which i would remember for some time to come not that others wernt as efficient or less efficient, nothing like that its just that other names i dont remember, from the guard at the gate to the GM each & everyone deserves an applaud & no prize for guessing where i would be staying when im in GOA again 😍

I had a stay for four nights and add booked 2 rooms. I would say that my overall experience was average. The rooms were clean and well equipped, but very small in size and smelled a little off but i would say were clean. I found the service to be poor. I had couple instances where I had to ask for the same thing two or three times and then would get it. I was supposed to get complimentary beers which I had to ask for and was told that I would receive on the first day, but never received it until I asked for it again the following day. Then coming onto to the breakfast buffet the service is slow again. I also had a experience where I had asked for a particular item. I never received it for the day and end up leaving for the day. Have to ask for simple thing like forks and knives to multiple waiters before actually getting it. For room service I ordered a desert, which was supposed to come with ice cream, but never came with it and when I asked them about the ice cream, they didn’t even know that it came with ice cream until I argued about what it said on the menu. I did had a chat with one of the managers there he was pretty helpful and made it up for the experience but the whole point is why do I have to approach a manager for my experience. Overall, I would say the rooms are decent clean, average Marriott quality. But the service is not at par.

JÀttefint hotell, mestadels businessgÀster, fina rum med balkong och utsikt. Poolen ligger i skuggan sÄ det kan vara bra att veta. VÀldigt bra taxiservice direkt utanför hotellet.
