Such a great experience, staff was great (shout out to Jagrita for great dinner recommendations), breakfast buffet was also solid. Great location in the centre of it all. Hotel transportation options are also very reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

It is no where near the beach. Do not come to goa by reserving from expedia. Lots of good options are available as walk in.

Worst experience as I had to be on call with Expedia for almost an hour on the second day for cancellation of my stay at Tivai Beach Cottage. These cottages are in dilapidated condition. Think again!
