"Really great place to stay to take the day to explore the area. Easy walk to downtown and the waterfront. We found a great place to have dinner in downtown Edenton and have a few drinks and then had just enough time to walk to the waterfront and catch the sunset. We had requested a bottle of wine for our return and were able to take that and watch the traffic go by on the large front porch during the evening.
