"The hotel has an amazing location. On a clear day, Mount Fuji can be seen directly from the hotel which has a wonderful observation room. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. The onsen is also a lovely treat at the end of the day- and spotlessly clean. We love staying here. There is a shuttle service provided to/from the station as the hotel is a little out of town."

"Das Personal ist eher unfreundlich, keinLächeln. Man hat den Eindruck, die warten einfach auf den Zahltag Ende Monat. Das Buffet von 17:00 - 19:00 ist grundsätzlich gut, Essen und Wein! Leider wird ab ca. 18:30 das Buffet NICHT mehr nachgefüllt. Das erachte ich als ein NO GO!"

"The rooms give a cabin feel and theres a forest around which is nice. There is a Don Quijote very close which is convienent. Very close to the theme park as well if you were planning to go there. Overall good spot."

"This property was in a nice location overlooking the lake. From one of the onsens you could see Mount Fuji. We booked a Japanese style room where they make the beds for you daily and it was a fun experience. The staff member we had for our dinners was EXCELLENT and very friendly. The only thing to note is that there isn't much air conditioning in the rooms so prepare for warmer nights."
