"This place is old and filthy. The photos are all AI generated. The staff is awful, they don’t provide blankets or comforters, the housekeepers come in even when told not to, there’s no safe in rooms, the place stinks, one of the elevators had a piece of plywood nailed to the opening for a door. It’s not safe. I saw a family getting their back window replaced by safelight auto glass. Just say no."

"First arrival the lobby was taken over by a group of travelers . The lobby was taken over every hour even late at night . Now, you will think that I will find peace in my room . The smell of a previous smoke was definitely present . Appliances falling apart . Wallpaper falling off , broken chair desk wood coming off . Seriously , it was just sad. I had higher expectations as it was a “Hilton” ."

"Our stay was over four nights. There was no breakfast as their restaurant had closed. I requested a foam pillow as I suffer from a severe allergy to down/feathers. I was told that the hotel did not have any. Throughout my extensive travels, I have never experienced this. One would expect the hotel to be more accommodating even to send a staff member out to buy a few pillows in order to protect their guests (This is not an uncommon allergy and can cause the throat to close.) The hotel needs updating. We were there two years ago and it has not been improved in any areas despite a great need to do so. The cleaning deserves kudos. The management was not helpful. I would not recommend this hotel."
