"The host communicated wonderfully from the time I booked until I checked out. The property was perfect for our needs and located in a beautiful part of town. The interior was spacious, and the patio was especially lovely—unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy it. "The price for a room in this hotel is too expensive. My room was literally falling apart. The lights, air conditioner, chairs and even soup dispensers were broken. The carpet was very stained and dirty. The pool is also very small. I cannot imagine what it would be when is busy. Breakfast was not terrible but it wasn't great either. The gentlemen at the front desk was nice and cortesious. "

"This is my hotel whenever I travel to Edgewater/NY. I love the convenience of not being in New York, but 1 20 minute Bus ride to New York. The bus stop is located right across the street from the hotel. The staff is always polite and I appreciate walking into a building that smells wonderful. My room is always clean and tidy. I will always stay at the comfort Inn when I am in the area!"
