"Hotel is right on highway, but access from local roads is easy. Room was clean, breakfast was good, with plenty of seating and options. Staff was very friendly."

"Staff at desk nasty and rude. Elevators broken and my 80+ year old parents had to use 7 flights of stairs. The staff l, understanding the elevators were not their fault, they were rude and would you discuss a lower floor or future credit. Disappointing customer service."

"I always enjoy staying at this hotel for its convenience. The staff are consistently pleasant and accommodating, especially for a property tucked away in the Bronx. My only suggestion would be to vary the breakfast options a couple of times during the week adding items like omelets would be a great touch 😊"
