10/10 Excellent

"It was a good budget hotel / motel - private room - good location Excellent value for money within walking distance of most attractions and the main railway station"

Bernini Palace

10/10 Excellent

"Great hotel and staff located within walking distance of everything you want to see, fine restaurants and more. Breakfast was delicious and hot: great cappuccino. Very helpful staff and attentive to your needs. Had a very spacious and clean room with a view of the Duomo. Very comfortable king-size bed with luxuriously white sheets and Nespresso coffee machine. Special thanks to Analisa and Miranda who were so wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel. It truly deserves 5 stars."

Hotel Paris

8/10 Good

"The hotel is housed in a beautiful building, greater than 500 years old. It is very clean and well maintained, but some of the room amenities leave a little to be desired. The bathtub is very small and has a glass partition which covers just half the space. It takes a little maneuvering to stand under the shower and keep everything else dry. The water pressure was very good. Also, no bathroom counter space to speak of. The furnishings were in keeping with the age and period of the building. Our room was on the fifth floor and the elevator does not go that high so there were lots is steps to be tackled. Our party was ok to manage this but there are many who could not. The staff is there of course to help with bags. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Finally the Hotel Paris is in an amazing location- very close to Santa Maria Novella train station, the Duomo, good restaurants and great shopping."

Villa Neroli

10/10 Excellent

"This stay was absolutely lovely! The room was sparkly clean, the view was serene, the staff was remarkable! They called a taxi for us every time we needed it, scheduled a ride to the airport for us at 4 am and had breakfast awaiting us before we left! They offered what we needed and waaaay more. It was close to the city Centre as well. Breakfast buffet is remarkable! Anything you could want and more is there! You can also make your own juice. Everything was delightful and we WILL be staying here again and again!"

Forte16 View & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was clean and updated. We enjoyed our stay and were able to walk the city. The pool looked nice but we weren’t able to enjoy it, wish it stayed open later so we could have enjoyed it after dinner. The convenience of laundry on site was great! The front desk was always helpful and pleasant. We would stay here again."
